More mindful movement, one membership. Choose how many classes a week you would like to go to, from either Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or all of the above. Come on your own, sign up the kiddos or join as a family. Decide if you would like group or private classes, or a combination of both. It’s all up to you. 

Bring the mini-mes to Kids Dance and Core classes after school. Developing children’s core strength and creating mind-body connections helps children with reading, concentration and self-regulation during stressful times. Core strengthening will also heavily complement any existing extra murals, improving their agility and resilience. 

For our moms-to-be, we also offer Pregnancy and Restorative Yoga and Pilates. Helping you prepare your bodies and hearts, mindfully and safely, for the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth and recovery.

Our primary goal, as a studio, is to empower our teachers, instructors, and healers to grow their practice with confidence while providing our community with more FLOW-based, mind-body connection and movement. 

What is a FLOW state and what are its benefits?

You may have experienced a FLOW state at some point — that sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction. Time slows down. Your senses are heightened. You are at one with the task at hand, as action and awareness sync to create an effortless momentum. Some people describe this feeling as being “in the zone.” This is the FLOW state and it’s accessible to everyone, whether you’re engaged in a physical activity, a creative pursuit, or even a simple day-to-day task.
